The apartment
The Lower Apartment was created in 2023/24 from the former carpentry workshop on the ground floor and has been welcoming guests since the end of 2024. The house itself dates from 1954; in 2024/25 we renewed the façade, windows and heating (a heat pump instead of oil). Around 70 m² across 3.5 rooms, all on one level and without stairs. The house stands on the sunny hillside of Törbel, right on the edge of the historic village centre.
Living
Large windows bring plenty of light and panoramic views into the apartment. At the dining table, you can see the mountains as you have breakfast. In the evening, you can unwind on the sofa. A dedicated workspace with Wi-Fi also makes a few days of remote working in the mountains possible. There is no television.
Kitchen
The modern kitchen is fully equipped: induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine, kettle, fondue pot and tabletop grill.
Sleeping
The bedroom has a queen-size double bed, a single bed and a bunk bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. Blackout blinds help ensure peaceful nights.
For children
Toys and books for children up to 5 years old, board games, a travel cot, high chairs, children's tableware and a bed guard are provided. Children can play outside in the fenced garden with its play area.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment. The apartment is non-smoking. Please enjoy the peace and quiet of the house together with the guests in the Upper Apartment. You will receive all further house information before your arrival.
